ABOUT ME

Holistic support for Student Success

My name is Cami and I have been coaching and supporting prospective and current college students for over 4 years now. After completing a B.A at McGill University in 2015, I went on to receive my Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Guelph in 2016. In fall 2017, I won a Fulbright Fellowship to pursue doctoral studies in Community Research at Vanderbilt University in the United States. By 2019, I had already received my Master of Science in Community Research and a Certificate in College Teaching and decided it was time to leave academia and pursue my passion working with students to help them reach their potential in higher education.

Through my first-hand experience as both a student and teaching and research assistant in academia, I understand the importance of balancing studies, work and personal life. My goal is to provide all students with the tools they need for academic success while maintaining emotional wellness in the process. With a holistic approach, the services I offer are intended to address whatever area high school, undergraduate or graduate students need support in as they navigate applications, essay writing, exams, socio-emotional hurdles, and general everyday struggles that may arise on the road to success.
